At San Francisco Korean School, we don't just teach a language — we pass on a legacy. From first-day Korean to behind-the-wheel confidence, our programs meet families exactly where they are: proud, busy, and deeply committed to their children's future.
Three distinct paths, one shared purpose: giving your child the tools to thrive in both worlds.

From Hangul basics to advanced conversation, our structured curriculum meets every level. Children and adults learn to read, write, and speak Korean with confidence — in a warm, supportive environment.
Get behind the wheel with a patient, professional instructor. Our driving program covers everything from the basics to California road tests — building real confidence on San Francisco's streets.
Every learner is different. Our one-on-one tutoring adapts to your child's pace, goals, and learning style — whether they need extra support, exam prep, or a cultural connection to their heritage.
San Francisco Korean School sits at 32 Broad St in the heart of the city — a place where families come not just to learn, but to belong. We understand the unique pressures immigrant families face: the desire to preserve language and culture, the need for practical skills, and the hope that the next generation carries forward both worlds with pride.
Our programs are designed with that reality in mind. Korean language classes connect children to their heritage through structured, engaging lessons. Driving instruction prepares teens for independence on California roads. Private tutoring meets individual needs with patience and expertise. Every program reflects our commitment to the families who trust us.
Language is more than vocabulary — it's identity, memory, and connection.
Driving and tutoring programs prepare students for real-world success.
We build relationships that extend beyond the classroom walls.
My daughter went from barely knowing Hangul to reading Korean children's books on her own. The teachers here genuinely care about each student's progress.
I was nervous about driving in San Francisco, but the instructor was incredibly patient. Passed my test on the first try — couldn't be more grateful.
The private tutoring made all the difference for my son. He went from struggling in school to actually enjoying his studies. The personalized approach is unmatched.
